"It's going to be a White Christmas!!!" yelled my six year old daughter on Christmas Eve as she ran through the house spreading the news. We were all merrily surprised as we had just read that it had been 17 years since this area had snow on Christmas day. We didn't get a lot, but it was enough to cover the ground and it has stayed. We were surpised to get a call this morning saying that church services were cancelled due to icy roads. We will not complain about spending another cozy day at home. :)

We're enjoying that same snow system, I imagine. I'm 29, and I've never had a white Christmas. I am so excited!
